I think I should practice running slower and conserving my energy. Maybe I should do what floorballers do, i.e do short sprinting just in case I need to.
I should learn to run slowly at a steady pace throughout the whole run to conserve energy and sprint at the end, and try to achieve 35s per 100m so that I can pass my 2.4km run.
During the warm ups, we must run at our race speed which is the speed that we must keep constant and pace ourselves. I think that if there were a bit of rivalry, we will naturally perform better.
I should run at a constant pace for all the rounds so as to conserve my energy for later rounds. I can also learn to persevere and run instead of stopping to walk. In that way I will be able to keep my momentum.
Should not sprint. jog slowly, so that will not use up so much energy, and can run for longer distance/periods of time. also make sure that we eat food before we run (not right before though), if not we may not have enough energy to run.
I should run at a steady pace and ensure that for every round, I run at a constant speed.By running slowly and not sprinting, I can also save my energy so that I will not feel tired easily.
Run at a constant speed. Train constantly too. Additionally, everything on Earth, there will be tips if the activity is done before and experimented thus, we could ask Mr Aidil for some tips on running...
I should try to pace next time so I can conserve more energy for later laps like what Mr Aidil said.

ReplyDeleteDuring the Warm-Ups, slowly run. Pace. Try to do that for 2.4 as well. We should pace ourselves slowly, making sure every round is constant.

ReplyDeleteI should have pace my speed throughout the whole run.

ReplyDeleteI should run slower during the first few rounds(but still within 30s to a minute) so as to conserve energy for the later rounds.

I should not sprint during the first round so that I will have enough energy to run. Instead, I should pace myself so I will not get tired so easily.

ReplyDeleteI should exercise more. I never run for a long time! I should not sprint and should mantain a steady pace.
